Staff Suggested Motion – That Council approve the Regular Council Minutes from the Regular Council Meeting of June 12, 2026.

- Shelburne & Area Chamber of Commerce
Staff Suggested Motion: That Council agree to become a member of the Shelburne & Area Chamber of Commerce at a cost of $150.00 per year.
- MDS Letter & MFR Support (Page 1)
Staff Suggested Motion: That Council withdraw their former letter to the Municipality of the District of Shelburne regarding funding for the Lockeport & Area Medical First Responders and have support included in an updated service agreement.
