Proposed Amendment to the Municipal Planning Strategy and the Land-Use-By-Law

Please be advised that Council of the Town of Lockeport will be considering an amendment to the Municipal Planning Strategy and the Land Use By-Law for the following:
To redesignate and rezone the property located at 21 South Water Street, Lockeport, Nova Scotia, from its existing M-1 Industrial, to Tourist Commercial C-2.
Further that Council will schedule a Public Hearing for Friday, March 14, 2025, Council Meeting.
